Room keys of our pod Riad will be provided starting from 2.30 pm.

If you arrive at the Riad before that time, you can register, leave your bag with us and immediately start exploring Marrakech!

At the day of departure from our Riad, you can take it easy: check-out is just before noon, at 11.30 am.

If you plan to leave the Riad in the very early morning, we kindly ask you to make the check-out the night before: at departure, just leave the room keys at reception desk and say cheers to our riad.

If your departure from the Riad is planned later in the day, you can free the room by the scheduled time, leave your bag with us and freely enjoy your last hours in Marrakech!

Reception of our Riad is open until late.

Since Marrakech has a vibrant nightlife, you may want to stay out until late night: the watchman of the Riad will be available in case of need when you come back at Miostello.

Breakfast is served from 8.30 am to 10.30 am at the Cats Cafè of our pod Riad.

We offer a light complimentary breakfast made of fresh products (toasted bread with butter, jam and honey, yogurt and cereals, fresh orange juice, fruit and homemade cakes, hot beverages).

In our lifestyle Riad soft drinks are available 24/7 and can be ordered to the Riad Staff.

Light kitchen service is also available: we offer a selection of sandwiches, pizzas and small snacks. And if you want to taste a traditional Moroccan tajine, please ask Miostello Staff the night before and we’ll try to arrange it (for dinner only).

The Beach Terrace and Panoramic Solarium of our riad are open everyday from 6 am to 1 am in the night.

If you chose to stay in the Sleeping Box of our pod Riad, you made a great choice… they are truly unique!

Did you forget to bring towels? No problem, we can rent them to you.

Each Sleeping Box of our pod Riad has a dedicated locker: find your bed number and store your bag inside it. If you forgot to bring a padlock, we can rent it to you too. Ask the Riad Staff!

Marrakech has wonderful surroundings and you may want to make some daily trips to visit them: we can arrange different kinds of excursions in collaboration with external partners of our Riad. Please ask Miostello Staff for the complete list of available excursions.

The Riad Staff is also at disposal for any information on the Medina and restaurant reservations.

Need an airport transfer for the day of departure from our riad? You can book it at the reception of the Riad the night before. You’ll be on time and safe, without having to negotiate prices with taxi drivers!

The Municipality of Marrakech charges a City Tax that is not included in the rate of the Riad (current fee is 25 dirhams per person/per night).

Cars in the Medina are like elephants in a glass shop: the best way to get around here is on foot.

No parking is available. Anyway, taxis and buses stop at just 100 meters from our boutique Riad.

We allow children of all ages to stay at Miostello, but we recommend their parents to be very careful and to always keep an eye on them when in the Riad: stairs and balconies can be very dangerous for small kids.

Babies up to 2 years can stay for free in our design Riad but they must sleep in the same bed with their parents, as we cannot provide baby cots or additional beds for small children (neither in Private Rooms nor in the pod beds of the Sleeping Boxes).

We love animals but for safety reasons no pets are allowed in the Riad.

All our rooms and common areas of Miostello boutique Riad are non-smoking, except for the Beach Terrace and Panoramic Solarium.

In any case, we kindly ask you to always respect other non-smoking guests also there.

Environment protection is one of the key challenges of our century. For this reason, at Miostello lifestyle Riad we try to limit our environmental impact as much as possible: the water in the Riad is obtained through solar panels and we try not to waste resources every day. Please contribute to it!
